CHECKING CAMP AUGUST 2026
The NC Golden Bears will be offering a 3 week Checking Camp in August 2026. This Camp will be run by Devin Warfield. It will be designed to teach campers how to receive a check in a safe manner as well as deliver a check in order to separate the opponent from the puck without injury or penalty. Ideal for U14 players heading into the 2026-27 season.

CHECKING CLINICS
Checking development. Learning how to give and take a check to maximize safety and separate the skater from the puck. This is a 3 day clinic leading to the season and getting players comfortable with the contact.
Ideal for 2013's and 2012's. However, 2011's and 2014's are welcome to participate.
