Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
KODIAK MEMBERSHIP

PRE-TRYOUT CLINICS
NO REFUNDS, ONLY FUTURE CREDIT
SHOOTING/SKILLS SPRING 2024
NO REFUND. ONLY FUTURE CLINIC/PROGRAM CREDIT
STRAND PLUS/MINUS SPRING 2024
NO REFUNDS. ONLY CREDIT FOR FUTURE PROGRAMMING. NO SUBSTITUTIONS AFTER EARLY BIRD DATE ENDS. IF A PLAYER CANNOT ATTEND THEN THEY WILL BE GIVEN FUTURE CREDIT. THE POSITION CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. PROIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE ON WAITING LIST.
STRAND PLUS/MINUS SUMMER 2024

TIER 1 AAA
*Tryouts are $50. If a player is offered a spot and they accept, then $200 will be taken off their seasons fee's. *If a player is not offered a spot on a team, we will refund them $200. *There are no refunds if you are offered a spot with another organization and no longer want to participate in our tryouts. *There is no refund if you are injured prior to our tryouts and cannot participate in our tryouts
TIER 2 - AA, A LEVELS
*Tryouts COSTS are $100 for U10 and U12. This is non-refundable U14/U16/U18 AGE LEVELS * TRYOUTS COSTS ARE $100 PLUS $200 DEPOSIT ($300 TOTAL * If a player is offered a spot and they accept, then $200 will be taken off their seasons fee's. *If a player is not offered a spot on a team, we will refund them $200. *There are no refunds if you are offered a spot with another organization and no longer want to participate in our tryouts. *There is no refund if you are injured prior to our tryouts and cannot participate in our tryouts
