Combining Checking techniques and Small Area Games to give the participants proper instruction on giving and receiving a check and then applying that learning to small area games.
Ideal for players new to checking and for those who need more situations to feel comfortable with the checking and body contact at the U14 and U16 age levels.

This clinic will have a lot of repetition in order to make players comfortable with giving and receiving a check.
